We know that many people have a goal of eating healthy--even when they are on the go. That’s not always easy to do, especially when you are presented with all the tempting choices on the big drive-thru menu board. It’s almost impossible to pick out the healthy fare. So, we have done all the work for you!

The Drive-thru Dining Guide™ was created to help you order healthy meals at your favorite fast-food restaurants. The simple format includes easy-to-order lunch/dinner combos for each of the 30 restaurants listed on this site. If available, breakfast combos are listed too.


Our goal was to create combos under 600 calories with 30 fat grams or less. We also focused on keeping sodium content and total carbs low.
